Discerning Entrepreneurial Ministry
Are you preparing for ministry? Have you considered the possibility that the ministry God has for you is still waiting to be started? 1001 New Worshiping Communities and the New Church Development Commission of Greater Atlanta Presbytery invites seminarians and those discerning a call to ministry to attend a free weekend of discernment in Atlanta, GA.
This weekend will give you space to imagine what might be possible in your future ministry if you start something new. You will spend time visiting multiple innovative new worshiping communities, hear the stories of new worshiping community leaders, and be guided in times of personal prayer and discernment.
This event is free, including lodging and meals while together, but space is limited and pre-registration is required.
When: August 16-18 (plan to arrive by 3pm on August 16, and depart after 3pm on August 18)
Where: Columbia Theological Seminary (Decatur, GA)
Who: Seminarians, inquirers and candidates under care for ministry, and those otherwise preparing for ministry are welcome to attend.
