Pastors, we invite you to join us for Pastor's Group, which is now meeting at the Presbytery office on the second Thursday of each month from now through May 2020.

This season, we are utilizing the concepts from Pat Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team, but no, you don't need to read the book.

Discussion at a previous gathering was fruitful as we talked about the need to build trust on any team and the importance of the leader's role in setting the tone for fostering a space that makes room for trust.
